Swimathon 2014 Results

Chris McEwan (L) and Dieter Bogs (R) congratulate each other on a job well done at the Hospice Swimathon held March 6 at the Trail Aquatic and Leisure Centre.  Dieter Bogs raised the most individual pledges with $2,350.00 and Chris McEwan swam 120 laps or six (6) kilometers to take the longest swim prize.  Fifteen swimmers and the sponsorship of Teck Metals Ltd. contributed to a very successful event.  Over $12,500.00 was raised for the Greater Trail Hospice Society.

Tasha Neufeld was the first swimmer in the pool at the 2014 Hospice Swimathon.  She did a 2 kilometer swim with ease.
